We came on our one hour lunch break with 2 other friends from work. Our food took about half an hour and one of our cups of soda had food at the bottom of it. Our friends' waited an hour after they ordered then went to the register and they were told that their food hadn't even been started yet. So our friends left and we stayed because we had our food already. After we finished eating, we waited 15 minutes for a to-go box and our check and we had to both stand up just to get noticed. When we got our check we went and paid. While we were paying we noticed one of the cooks in the back scooping up cheese and other ingredients with HIS BARE HANDS! This place is not sanitary and slow as hell. Other problems include dead flies on the window sills. And THE WAITRESS is pushy and grabs things out of your hands and is super slow. Will not be going back to this Pizza Hut!
Order wings about 1 time a week every time i order wings i order well done and every time get raw bloddy food. Call to ask for replacement got an 8 piece when i bought a 16. Am contacting corporate offices and will make sure something is done with "cute" and "funny" employees.
I've always had great experiences with pizza hut. There service had always Been great and the delivery survice has been great most of the time.
