Worst customer service ever. Bought a $1000 lawn mower last year. Used the mower 20 times. This year it wouldn't start. Dead Battery. So I tried to charge the battery, no luck, it wouldn't hold a charge. So I took it back to the store to swap it for a new one. Easy right? Nope. I was put on a phone to customer service in what I assume was India, then put on hold to wait to speak to a "Lawn and Garden Specialist". Finally I was told the battery had a 90 day warranty and a service tech would have to come to my home to change the battery. I took my battery, left and went to Bertels Sales and Service in Dorsey. The knowledgeable salesperson there laughed when I told him the above story and I purchased a $40 battery with a one year warranty. No call to India, no Lawn and Garden Specialist, no tech needed, no hassles, no run around. I have been a Sears Craftsman customer for forty years, make that I WAS a Sears customer. Never Again. Do yourself a favor, don't buy anything here.
